Identity Consulting began with something seen again and again. All around were entrepreneurs and leaders, many of them in small churches and small businesses, who were called to do meaningful work but kept getting stuck on the parts that drained them. Often it was the admin, the systems, the behind-the-scenes weight that was never really their calling in the first place.
