How Coaching Works

Coaching happens in focused cycles built around one overarching business goal. Instead of scattered, open-ended sessions, each cycle moves you through The Identity Way: we Uncover Your Foundation to find where to focus, Shape Your Future into a clear strategy, Embody Your Plan as you put it into action, and Live Your Purpose as you grow into your next level. Every cycle is designed to create real movement in your business, not just conversation.

What We Might Work On Together

Coaching meets you wherever your business is. If you're just getting started, I'll walk you through the foundational steps, registering with the state, setting up your EIN, building out your business and marketing plan, and researching the right systems and tools to use, guiding you and keeping you accountable as you put each piece in place. If you're ready to grow your visibility, we'll work on getting your name out there through networking, social media, and prospect outreach, with a plan and the accountability to actually follow through.

The Sessions in Your Journey

Growth Session (45 minutes)

The deep dive

We open the cycle by exploring everything you're working through, identify the most logical starting point, and map out your plan. You leave with specific exercises and tools to begin putting it into action.

Journey Session (60 minutes)

The working session

Mid-cycle, we look at how implementation is going: what's working, where you're getting stuck, and what to adjust. Then we refine the plan and keep you moving forward.

Clarity Session (30 minutes) 

The check-in and close

We assess your progress on the goal, decide whether it needs more time, and wrap up the cycle. If you're continuing, this is where we set up your next cycle and pick up the momentum.

Every package also includes: 1:1 focused guidance, a deep dive into your current challenges, flexible scheduling, prayerful reflection to align next steps with God's direction, and community access.
